“Higher Prices doesn't mean Better Service”
The Hotel was very nice, rooms were comfortable, Breakfast was great, & staff was some of the best we've ever seen! Will definitely stay again as well as recommend it! We went with a group of 7 couples for a Valentine's get away. 4 of the other couples stayed at the Mandelay Bay paying more as you know, plus $18/day parking, & no breakfast! They waited in line for 40 minutes to check in & were not nearly as happy with the staff there as we were with the Staff at this hotel! Thanks for a great weekend!
“Get get away!”
I stayed at this hotel for a writing retreat and loved every moment I was there. The hotel was quiet, pleasant and clean. I especially liked having the patio to be able to sit outside and work on my writing, while the beautiful marina was before me.I enjoyed watching sea lions in the marina from my patio one morning. I took walks to the beach, went to Sunday farmers market and had meals at local restaurants that were delicious and wonderful. I plan to come back again.

For me, the mattress was a little firm - I like a soft mattress, but everythingelse was SUPERB!
“Great weekend getaway”
Great accommodations, great view, breakfast was substantial, staff was so nice. Bathroom really nice, tv could be newer, but who cares when you have a sunset like we did. Balcony and marina made it really special.
“Room with a great view”
We had a wonderful view of the marina from our balcony. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was quiet and comfortable. Especially liked the linens and comfort of the bed. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast room was spacious and clean, the food was about the same as any other complimentary breakfast. Would stay there again.
“close to the beach”
Relaxed atmosphere in this family friendly hotel. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Hotel slightly worn and not fancy but very clean in comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful harbor view. Pool very small with very little atmosphere. Otherwise excellent value - we enjoyed our visit and would definitely return.

Beautiful view on the marina, shops are nearby, staff is very nice, breakfast is good.
“Very Satisfied”
We had our annual friends' weekend at the Hampton Inn and were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and location. The view of the marina was very nice, and had an unexpected outdoor concert at the park next door which we could enjoy from our balconies.
“Great Escape Getaway”
The harbor view upgrade is worth it, as you get a balcony that overlooks the harbor. The room was super clean and detailed, smelled great and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the whole environment was great. It is a great time to just walk around the harbor looking at the boats, and the hotel is perfectly located for that.
“Channel Islands Hotel”
It was a very clean hotel. When asked for a bottle opener, housekeeping said we had to go to the front desk. Then 5 min later someone showed up with the can opener! Would stay there again.
