This hotel felt instantly familiar. Staff was kind and helpful, the common areas were safe and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. Several amazing restaurants within walking distance in a safe, well maintained city.
This was a gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff and lovely rooms. It was an old hotel so as expected it had some old hotel charm and didn't have some of the modern amenities of a new hotel but we weren't looking for that. It was utterly charming. The restaurant was amazing. Food was wonderful in the piano player and was friendly and took many of our requests and played flawlessly. It was fun to hear the ghost stories from the staff and to tour the whole property.

The property is historical and vintage and probably needs a multimillion infusion to be considered excellent.
Keeping expectations realistic for a privately owned property that has a lot of local historical importance and color.
Very cool and beautiful decor in the lobby/sitting room. The fireplace was cozy and inviting. Very accommodating staff. Room had a vintage feel, but we lacked for nothing modern in amenities.

Property was unique, i enjoyed the history of the hotel. The staff was amazing.
Every single staff member was pleasant and helpful. Enzo's is a great on site restaurant with a full bar. The Inn's location is great as you can walk to many restaurants. The downstairs area is open and allows for many people to hang out. This place has great personality.
Staff was amazing. Hotel Lobby had a great ambiance and is in a list of Haunted Hotels in Southern CA however we experienced nothing. There is a restaurant on location which smelled absolutely amazing and had a great menu. We weren't impressed with the room. They are all individually decorated. Due to the lobby decor we expected the room to be somewhat of an antique feeling however it was more like a mix of second hand pieces from the 70s and 80s and not charming at all. It was very clean which is also important. If you have any mobility issues be sure to get a first floor room as there is no elevator.
