“An excellent option in Veracruz”
It's located near everything and the property is inside one mall!!

The service of the hotel was really good. The breakfast buffet was extremely high considering there was a VIPs just across the hotel. Where you could get the same things, with good taste, at a lower rate.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. It was connected to the large indoor shopping mall of the Americas. The mattress was very hard. I like a softer bed. I would stay there again.
“An excelent option to stay”
The hotel is located above one of the biggest malls in the surroundings and with direct connection to the World Trade Center of the City. I found it nice and with very good service and attetion from the staff. Even it is not in downtown Veracruz it is a good option to stay. Before making the reservations I cheked the reservation cost by phone with them and also through Expedia and found that Expedia had (as usual) a better cost and a very good deal.

My family and I have stayed at many hotels in the Veracruz area during the last few years and Galeria Plaza, in our opinion, is the only hotel worth staying at. My family has stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and this trip was definitely the best ever! We did not experience any problems during check-in, check-out, or any part of our stay. This hotel is located in the center of the Mall, Plaza Americas, however provided great dinning options (at very reasonable prices too). The indoor pool was very clean and beautiful. The offsite, Club Playa, has finally completed it's much needed renovations. Now the Club is clean, provides friendlier service, and has a fantastic beach location. Great for families, and couples.

“Hotel Galeria Plaza Veracruz - Excellent!”
The hotel was in a great location (atop the biggest shopping center in Veracruz), right across from the beach. The "Club de Playa" service is great since the hotel takes the guest to their own private club which has swimming pools, restaurant, and access to the beach. The hotel staff was very helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel by any means, but it serves the purpose quite well. I would highly recomend this hotel for its value.
“I will definitely go back!”
Air condition is too loud. The patio slide door will not close. I requested a smoking room and they told me they did not have any left but said I can smoke in the patio. I ordered room service for coffee daily and 3X it was so week, it tasted like water. I have to return and show the manager once. Otherwise the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and helpful! bell hops the bell hops-Felipe and housekeeping! Overall I had a very nice stay.
