We rented 2 rooms. The rooms are clean however, we had a giant moth come out flying around our room at night, that we thought was a bat at first. We had to have someone come remove it from the room. I think it is because when the rooms are empty, they leave the doors open. The staff at the front desk, the night we checked in was not helpful at all. She told us little to nothing about the hotel. That was disappointing to not be provided with any info. The breakfast at the cafe in the hotel lobby was great. Staff was friendly and patient with my Spanish. Parking easy and plenty of it. The only downside to our stay was the comfort of the beds and pillows. The pillows smell and they are hard, which did cause us to wake with neck pain. Other than that the stay was great! I love the warm inviting colors of aqua blue and white. Very beachy feel.

Staff was nice and absolutely loved that they allowed pets. It was the last trip that I made with my dog, before he crossed the rainbow bridge. I'll share those memories forever.

I think that for the price it was ok, however I could not ignore the smell in the rooms like mildew/ excess of moist, the first room I got had a very strong scent and the second one was ok, rooms are ok for the price you are paying, no ventilation though.
