Location is good but the rooms are facility are a bit out dated. The rooms are not that noise proof. You can hear the activity in the hallway and the conversations from next door.
Room was kind of boring. Lighting temperature was too cool. Would like the lighting in the 3k range. There was no safe in the room.
Very nice location.
If you visit Victoria, this hotel is a great choice. We wen't downtown on a taxi boat for 5 minutes, and got amazing views of the city along with great food and service. We absolutely recommend this place.
The hotel was nice and is a good location to walk along the water and into downtown. The room is nice but not amazing. There was a good view but it was a higher window so the view is only available if you’re standing at the window. We were in the 8th floor.
We had a wonderful stay at the Oceanpoint for my daughter’s birthday. The staff acknowledged her birthday and gave her some candies and a card as well, which made her day!
Our room was wonderful and the view was incredible. The kids watched the boats and planes coming and going and we also spent a lot of time walking the paths around the hotel.
It is a perfect spot for a trip to Victoria.
Breakfast was also delicious at Lure!
We were surprised that the walls were so thin.
After getting in to our room and closing the door, we could immediately hear other people outside the door (in the hallway) AND people outside the hotel.
This is an excellent hotel with great water views however my stay this time was not the standard expected.
Dirty dishes sat outside the door for 2 days. One restaurant staff member had an attitude problem.
Robes for the pool are not supplied in the room, available on request
