"This hotel was so beautiful and comfortable! They were so accommodating to my disabled grandmother, who is in a wheelchair, making sure she had a room on the ground floor. The reception staff were so friendly and kind, they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of plugs to charge devices, and it is a fantastic location near Victoria station for access to the rest of London. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Stayed for a week for the London Marathon. The location is perfect to access everything in the area as well as day tours out of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Slept soundly each night and did not hear a thing from any neighbors. My only complaint is that given the price point and 4 star rating, a few additional toiletries should have been included (e.g., lotion, make up remover, q-tips, etc). "
