"Checkin was very brief, receptionist was busy helping someone else so started to check us in even though we were happy to wait. Didn’t give us any info on breakfast etc, good job we had stayed here before! Bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky floorboards in the bedroom but room was very clean and spacious. Location is spot on for the beach and town, in walking distance. You do have to pay for the car park but roads close by are free to park if you are lucky enough to get a space."

"The hotel staff are really nice very helpful my room was on the 3rd floor was like a maze to find it the room it self was clean and basic with tea/coffee. Room was a great size bathroom very small ( nothing the hotel can do about that ) the double bed was really nice good size nice warm bedding with great pillows. "Nice hotel, great location for concerts/events. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast not bad but some of the cooked stuff had been hanging around a while. Bit noisy late at night from local night club but still managed to get to sleep.Extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported on that when leaving. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. No liners in bins - a small but important issue. Pretty good value for money, booked sometime in advance. "
