"Everything was great, up until we needed a taxi to the train station. The desk lady just kind of pointed the right outside and said you can catch a taxi over there. But the night before, the other lady at the desk said it would be no problem to call you a taxi. So there you go. Then the taxi guy I got us to the train station gouged us around $40.00"

The rooms are older and there are a few steps as older blogs but there is an elevator to second floor after nice lobby with 5 steps. Staff 24 hr. Marco and Salvatore front desk welcoming and helpful. They opened microwave for us to warm snack. There is bkfst 7:40-20:40a that looks good but our schedule didn't match. Easy walk to the Mercado foods and to Quattro canti and Massimo opera.
