“GREAT STAY IN A BEAUTIFUL CITY”
Hotel is great !!! Friendly staff, very clean and modern. Spacious and beautiful rooms. Very good location. No need to search for another Hotel.
“one of my best hotel experiences”
Everything fullfilled or surpassed my expectations. Flawless with service, room standard. Only negative and not the fault of the hotel staff, (more that of the builder), the showers leaked, water would flow out of the cubivcle due to an overlooked construction detail.

“Nice Hotel”
First time to stay in this hotel, we were impressed by its grand hallway and modern interior designs. Room was clean and service was quick when we requested a repair of our clogged sink. Generally this is a nice hotel except the distance to the walking street was a little bit far (it takes around 10 minutes by walking).
“Nice hotel, price was right”
Very nice hotel in a good area, walking distance to the ferry to go to the island and also close to a good walk street. My only complaint is that they would not exchange some of my money because they were not the "new" bills. Other than that everything was great.
“Musty smells and poor English”
The hotel is modern and conveniently situated. But my room smelled musty. So did my friend's room on the floor below me. Staff need to work on their English. It was difficult to communicate. Food at the "western-style" restaurant is below average.
