"We booked the one bedroom for our family. This room has in suite laundry and a kitchenette. Crockery and utensils were clean. Hotel provides a sachet of detergent daily but I’m sure they’ll be happy to give u more if u need. Very spacious by Japanese standards and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 min walk to dontobori and Namba station Namba station is 15mins (7 stops) from shin osaka station should you need the Shinkansen. Yamato express does pick up from this hotel. "

"LOCATION: This is the closest hotel fronting USJ, 2mins walk to the front gates. Considering our situation where we have a young kid and we want to get in line early, this is definitely the recommended option! Surrounding this hotel is a shopping plaza w/ restaurants, family mart(?) and the station. Very convenient. Actually all the hotels around here are just as convenient, but this hotel is definitely the closest. ROOM: Stayed at the "Standard City View Twin Room" Upon entering the room we have one immediate impression, it's very big for Japan-standards! It's a bit outdated but everything seemed clean. We got a complimentary upgrade to 3-beds (from 2-beds) w/o asking so that was really awesome! The AC controls were great and blackout curtains were effective. We had front view of the park too which was nice as one of the roller coasters come close to that side. We also were able to see how crowded it was in the morning before we left the room. SERVICE: No complaints here, all the ground staff we encountered were polite, professional, and spoke fluent English. We noticed that there was a staff standing in the middle of the floor looking around to see if anyone needs assistance or have questions. She helped us with our luggage hold and some of our questions; a very pleasant interaction! TIPS: The only thing to note is that they do not offer bottled-water. Instead there is a water fountain on each floor (?) where you can refill your bottle. STAY AGAIN?: Yes!"

"Everyone was pleasant and accommodating from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I recommend winding down with a massage after a long day at universal. They are nice and listen to your needs and they are available to go to your room. Everything you could need or think you might need is available on the premises or at a walking distance from the premises so feel free to pack light ☺️. "
