Five stars simply for the fantastic staff. Sandra, Fafa, Ken and Lara were so friendly and helpful. The room was large enough and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom doors kind of opened into each other but that’s a very small inconvenience. The hotel was in a great location close to local attractions as well as convenient stores and the subway.

We were in the Deluxe Two Bedroom and it could comfortably sleep and accommodate 8 adults. Room was incredibly spacious, location was fantastic for downtown Osaka. Hotel was very kid friendly with a scavenger hunt and origami activities in the lobby. Would totally recommend for a family stay.

Super happy with this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped room, great layout for a family of 3. Friendly service. Nice little extra touches for kids (eg treasure hunt). Location is fab - plenty of restaurants within walking distance, metro a 2 min walk away. We’ll be back.

It was a great location, close to both shopping malls such as Daimaru and Parco, and many dining options. The front desk staff are very helpful and cheerful; we were always greeted cheerfully whenever we returned or left the property. No issues with communication at all. The property has convenient and easy to use laundry facilities and umbrellas for borrowing. The room wasn’t as big as I expected and it is difficult to have big luggages opened in the room. Nonetheless, it’s still an excellent option and my kids loved the room.

Great spot. Kylie (and the other lady, sorry didn’t get her name) was a great help with local directions and information. The Crysta Mall underground is right there. Amazing hotel, clean and new. Helpful in every way, good food, sight seeing, things to do. Absolutely loved it.
