"My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. It looks unassuming on the outside, but on the inside oh my goodness it is super nice. Everything was perfect about this hotel. From the pleasant smell that greets you upon entry to the well placed works of art on the walls. Every last one of the staff we encountered were very friendly. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to do so as this hotel is damn near perfect. We will be back for sure."

"We were looking for a comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank! Nevertheless, this wasn't a "cheap" hotel experience in the least. My wife is a business person who continuously wears multiple hats. **One of those hats is withing the Bitcoin/Crypto/Trading niche. We needed to stay close enough to downtown without having to stay in it. If you know Austin you know. We were able to move back and forth and about without missing a beat nor wasting for the 'Austin Concensus 2024'. Everything was on point, accesible, convenient and inexpensive. We'll definitely stay here in the future! We had a blast in Austin and Concensus 2024."

"Citizen M is such a gem! We absolutely loved staying here. The room is very European...small but no wasted space. It was perfect for our stay. The curtains/blinds are perfect...literally no light comes in the night curtain, so you can easily sleep late. I've never stayed in a hotel where I didn't have to fight to get the curtains to close all the way...there's always a gap that lets in light but not here. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was a really neat amenity. The pool was a little small and was really full when we got upstairs. We weren't planning on swimming so it wasn't a big deal, but it would've been hard to find a place to get into the pool. We had a drink at the rooftop bar, and the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, just a wonderful place to stay. I wish there was a CitizenM in every city! We will definitely stay again next time we're in a city with a CitizenM hotel!"
