"The room and facility were amazing. Checkout time on the door was incorrect though and we found that out the unpleasant way. Room service started knocking on and opening the door at 9am. This continued until 11:15 three different times when a manager came up and asked if we were leaving and we told them that we had till noon per the plaque on the door. They then went on to tell us it was 11am checkout time and that they had not updated the door plaque. It was on them. Honestly would have been a...

"Great friendly Staff, location was great for our travelling, room was good, a few let downs by a very loud aircon unit inside the room, it didn’t have any sheer curtains on one large window which looked out to construction site & other buildings for some privacy, also rooms didnt seem sound proof as could hear people talking in the next room. Aside from these would definitely stay there again"
