"The room and facility were amazing. Checkout time on the door was incorrect though and we found that out the unpleasant way. Room service started knocking on and opening the door at 9am. This continued until 11:15 three different times when a manager came up and asked if we were leaving and we told them that we had till noon per the plaque on the door. "First time here. The whole hop was there to take my luggage out of the taxi without even asking. My luggage and items were all in besides the lobby. I suggest ready for check-in before I even finished paying for my cab.. send. Jessica was a very welcoming. Cute little boutique hotel. Room has a small sleeve. Comfy pillows in bed"
