"When we got into our room, unfortunately the toilet didn’t work but the front desk staff immediately moved us to a new room! It was clean and all of the staff, including valet, were so nice and pleasant to speak with. We plan to stay again next week!"

"Had a wonderful experience. It was super busy with a convention, so getting in to valet service took about 45 minutes, but we arrived early so I did not feel pressured about being late anywhere. We were able to check in a little early and started our weekend. The staff was helpful with all the questions I had, and they stowed our luggage while we finished up on Sunday."

"Loved the convenience of this hotel for my work trip...literally right across the street! The hotel was quiet and loved the bathtub after being on my feet all day! Not a lot of hotels have bathtubs anymore. I wish the area was a bit more walkable with coffee shops and restaurants. But otherwise it was a great stay and I will be back."

From the helpful bellhop to the concierge's restaurant recommendations, every detail was thoughtful. The highlights of the trip for us was visiting the JadeWaters Resort Pool and the beautiful artifacts displayed within the hotel resort. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The little touches, like the helpful staff and amenities added a luxurious touch. I highly recommend the Hilton Anatole for a relaxing getaway for couples or families."
