"Hotel was booked for just one night while visiting family who live nearby. It was easy to find, and check-in was a breeze. The hotel is clean and the service very good. Our room was exceptionally warm upon arrival, but we spoke to the front desk, and maintenance had it fixed within 20 minutes. Parking cost extra, and we literally took the last spot in the garage, but it was safe and clean. No complaints at all, and as long as this remains an affordable option, we will stay here again. "

"The location of the hotel is ideal. The hotel was clean and staff was very good and accommadating. Only issue was when i called to arrange pickup, the gentleman who took my phone call did not pass on the information about the pickup and i was left at the teminal. Shuttle service runs every hour and not half hour as stated. After a second call to tell how i had been left and explain that i followed all the instructions, the female hotel rep was able to get the driver to come back. The driver was...

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"It was nice, the only withdraw was the tiny sink in the bathroom. It was so small that looks perfect for a doll house. Breakfast was good and shuttle service convenient."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only small issue was a bit of damp musty smell from air conditioning when used, which is not so good for my wife who has a serious mold allergy. We decided to turn it off and open a window instead."
