"Love this place"

"Everything was great from checkin to the restaurants. The folks at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. We had friends join us for dinner - celebrating a birthday. They brought a bottle of champagne. The hotel arranged to have a bucket of ice along with the champagne sent to our room while we had dinner. And…they added a cheese plate too! Our new favorite hotel in the city!"

"Is a nice Hotel. We had a Two Twin Bed Room. The beds were strange with oversized beds undercover. No flats also the pillows were small and cheap. The fridge was an empty mini fridge with all the sensory stuff still in , so not a lot of space. Also there are no ice machines in the hallways. At checking in at the front desk we were told they charge an extra 150 US on the room per night as a retainer. The Hotel l charge that upfront to my Credit Card. At check out they said it will be taken off...

"All good except room furniture had plenty dust on it and breakfast items don’t get replenished until you ask the staff multiple times (this was our experience an hour before breakfast ends on both days of our stay)"

"Had a great stay on a recent business trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and genuine. The rooms are quite spacious by NYC standards and the location was great. Walking distance to a lot of great spots. My only advice is don't get a room in close proximity to the elevator... you can hear the mechanics clinging and banging at all hours of the day when they're in use. Otherwise, the room was clean, bed was very comfy, and there was room to move. "
