"This hotel is excellent. It’s a 10 minute train ride to Tokyo station from Shiomi station, which is a short walk away. The bath house and sauna were amazing, the photos match the actual condition of the property. It seems almost brand new with how immaculate everything is. It isn’t the most central hotel of course, but the location is still good in my opinion. Everything else is great! I recommend staying there, and would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located in a huge building full of shopping/food. It is about a 15-min walk to either Osaka or Umeda station. Even though the room is a tad small, it is very modern, and clean,, and the staff is very helpful."

"Modern upscale hotel in the airport within easy walking distance, although a little tricky to figure out you had to be on Level 2 for the walkway to get there. Follow signs for shopping and airport garden to walkway. Very efficient - check in and out by kiosk. Buffet breakfast had nice selection. "

"The staff is amazing. They went out of their way on several occassions to help us for various reasons. This includes housekeeping, restaurant staff, and front desk. There is always someone there to promptly assist you. "

"This place was amazing. Way better than I thought it would be. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Only few things I didn't like were the laundry facilities and microwave would have been nice in both buildings and not just the main one. Also the bathroom smelled a slight bit of urine and lastly I wished the staff spoke more fluent English. The on site restaurants were very sub par. Otherwise this place was nearly perfect. I would still come and stay here again. Hopefully I will have learned more Japanese by then"
