"The hotel is very conveniently located in a huge building full of shopping/food. It is about a 15-min walk to either Osaka or Umeda station. Even though the room is a tad small, it is very modern, and clean,, and the staff is very helpful."

"Modern upscale hotel in the airport within easy walking distance, although a little tricky to figure out you had to be on Level 2 for the walkway to get there. Follow signs for shopping and airport garden to walkway. Very efficient - check in and out by kiosk. Buffet breakfast had nice selection. "

"Experience was great, but the facility is ridiculously crowded at all times. But compared to the insane number of guests, the rooms were quiet and undisturbed. "

"The staff is amazing. They went out of their way on several occassions to help us for various reasons. This includes housekeeping, restaurant staff, and front desk. There is always someone there to promptly assist you. "

"This place was amazing. Way better than I thought it would be. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Only few things I didn't like were the laundry facilities and microwave would have been nice in both buildings and not just the main one. Also the bathroom smelled a slight bit of urine and lastly I wished the staff spoke more fluent English. The on site restaurants were very sub par. Otherwise this place was nearly perfect. I would still come and stay here again. Hopefully I will have learned more Japanese by then"

"Almost everything was great. The only issue is that they don’t have a lobby for group gatherings, and they don’t allow anyone to stay in the restaurant either. It's challenging to gather with people."
