I absolutely love this property with exception of how tall the building is. Lol. I'm extremely scared of heights so as soon as I checked in on the 70th floor, I had to check out. I just could not relax in the room. With that said, the staff was so helpful and extremely welcoming. The rooms were super clean, and comfortable. I felt appreciated. I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't mind being so high up.

Very modern building but I'll say I will not visit that hotel again. First of all, they want to charge you for everything. If you ask the room service to deliver 4 bottles of water, it will cost you $65.00 with deliver fee. The LA downtown also makes my family feel unsafe. There are so many homeless gather around the streets few blocks away. This is not hotel's fault but I will not come back to this hotel again for sure. -Alan
