"Pros: The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was very good including scrambled eggs, waffles (you cook them), sausage, fruit, cereal, etc. Each day there is something added a bit different. The rooms on the opposite side of the freeway were very quiet. Room maintenance and housekeeping were very efficient. Very close to multiple restaurants, stores and to Magic Mountain. "The stairs smell like urine here and there’s 8 floors and only one elevator which means long wait times. The bed squeaks and it’s a spring bed, so not very comfortable at all. The door to our bathroom has no door knob and the phone to call main desk was disconnected. Our neighbors were getting high all night and it was coming through the vents. Went to the front desk to let someone know and waited 10 mins and no one ever came. We left a day early. "
