"We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame."

"Normally we stay closer to Cannel. It was different being on the other side of Jackson Square and a short walk to Cafe du Monde. This is an older property, but well maintained. We were there on a Sunday night, but it was still quieter than I had expected. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Nearby parking is also a major plus."
