The hotel is located in the French Quarters and close to lots of bars, restaurants, museums and shopping Ms Elaine was welcoming, kind and really helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. I will be back. Thanks for making my birthday trip a great one!

The room was clean, the staff were attentive and pleasant. The ice machine was not efficient and many times was empty. Noisy room on the corner, but well worth it for a quaint hotel in the quarter.

The hotel itself is pretty and super New Orleans style. It's also located in a perfect spot. That being said, our AC was out the entire time. Someone came to look at it on Saturday and couldn't fix it so they brought a fan and said they'd be back tomorrow. But even when we checked out a few days later they never came back. The front desk is super helpful, the wifi was spotty though. I would stay again
