"Everything was great from checkin to the restaurants. The folks at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. We had friends join us for dinner - celebrating a birthday. They brought a bottle of champagne. The hotel arranged to have a bucket of ice along with the champagne sent to our room while we had dinner. And…they added a cheese plate too! "On my solo 3 night stay I felt very safe and had no problem walking everywhere from the Kixby. The room was small but comfortable. "Rep pleasantly surprised how close the parking was and the rooms seemed spacious and were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathroom on each side of the room. The only drawback was that the beds were full in size and not queen so it was a little too cramped for my husband, and I, as we are tall people."
