"Everything was great from checkin to the restaurants. The folks at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. We had friends join us for dinner - celebrating a birthday. They brought a bottle of champagne. The hotel arranged to have a bucket of ice along with the champagne sent to our room while we had dinner. And…they added a cheese plate too! Our new favorite hotel in the city!"

"Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Pretty spacious for one, spotlessly clean, and the fridge for supplies rather than annoying mini bar gets a thumbs up from me. "Loved the old style, the jazz bar. We were told a car booked through the hotel to the airport would be flat rate w/o any other surcharge and was quoted $105. However the driver added tax etc and charged us $114. Not a whole lot more but was misled. "
