"They had breakfast of toast, Bagels, Yogurt, coffee, tea, juice and cereal. Then the breakfast room was also open the rest of the day for lounging or to just kick back. They had sodas, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt and snacks. The hotel is on the older side but very nice and well kept. 1 1/2 to 2 blocks to Times Square. Would stay there again if I went to NYC."

"On my solo 3 night stay I felt very safe and had no problem walking everywhere from the Kixby. The room was small but comfortable. The keurig, small fridge and safe along with walk in shower were definite bonuses. However the aircondition unit was very noisy so I unplugged it. I alerted the front desk after the first night and was told they would send a repair person to my room. I returned to it plugged in again and still noisy. The unit got increasingly noisy over time and I think the repair...

"Extraordinarily convenient for subway access and central to everything we did. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous downstairs. The room refrigerator was a huge bonus for us and our daily drinks we used for our trip. The cleaning lady's are ridiculously loud and shouting throughout the morning. They did a great job cleaning the room with the exception of the sink likely clogged with hair the entirety of our stay. "
