Cleanliness. I stayed 8 nigths. Once they forgot to clean the room. For 5 days the carpet was not vacuumed and shower not washed. They only made the bed and take out the trash. I reported this and the reception team was very nice and helpful

When I called in to pay for an earlier check in time and the created a second stay. Also the room that was given wasn’t enough for 3 to have to pay extra for that is wild. Positives the bathroom wasn’t to bad besides the stains on the bottom of the toilet. Also the hotel location was great and easy to get around to everything.

Best Western Premier- Herald Square was the perfect place for my sister and I’s stay. It was clean and a quick subway ride wherever we need to go in the city! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back in the future!

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, and did their best to fulfill our request for a quiet room on a higher floor. Room was small but comfortable, clean, and quiet. Right in the heart of Koreatown, so many interesting and inexpensive eating options, and feels safe. Very pleased with our stay.
