Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was very good. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and many attractions. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff wasn't very helpful. The location was good, but the hotel is very, very busy. Waited a long time for an elevator at peak times. The buffet breakfast was nice, but way too crowded. The staff for breakfast was great. Very efficient. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Perfect location to walk directly in Times Square. Room was clean with all necessities and bedding was superior. Only thing could have been better was elevators. They get crowded in the morning. Free breakfast with plenty of options.
