"The hotel staff was top notch throughout the resort especially the front desk and those working in the pool/each areas. All the little addon free amenities were nice such as staff walk around with treats throughout the day, provide no cost chair setup and free sun bum sunscreen for use. The room itself was great but a bit dusty in a few areas and the floor could of mopped a bit better, but we mentioned this on checkout and were given a small credit.
