When we arrived we had to park illegally to unload our stuff and then park at a garage that is 1.5 blocks away. It isn't that far, but it would have been nice to know before we got there. Since it is right on the beach I didn't expect on-site parking, but I did at least expect the option of valet parking or at least a place to park legally while we unloaded our belongings. 2....

When I pull up to the hotel on the day of my reservation, there’s a sign on the door saying the hotel was closed for renovations and to go to a different hotel about 10 minutes away. I was given no prior notice this was happening and I only booked this hotel for its walking distance to the places I needed to go. Very unprofessional, do not book with this company. "
