"While this is a 20 year old hotel, the condition is excellent and exactly what you expect from a 4 star property. The staff are genuinely caring and helpful, and the management included. And the breakfast is absolutely amazing. I come to Shenzhen often and this will now be my go to hotel. There’s an overwhelming choice of dining and shopping and other services within walking distance. The place is quiet and clean and a real gem. "
