"Location was perfect. Easy to walk to restaurants, a Walgreens store and public transportation. Free parking on site was very nice to have in SF. The room had very good black out shades. It was not fancy at all, but all the needs were met."

"Property is very nice in a great location. I booked two rooms for myself and another couple. Booked two king bed rooms and only received one king and one queen. They said they could possibly move us into a king in a day or so, did not happen. Not sure if this is an Expedia problem or the hotel. Booking clearly stated each room was to have a king. Very nice hotel other than this problem. "

"wonderful little hotel. There was a problem with lost entry fobs, which meant twice, we had to ring several times in order to enter. However, they told me the problem was fixed the next day. Nice breakfast, quiet rooms, French art on every floor, lovely wall paintings. We would definitely go back to this lovely taste of France in San Francisco, on a safe street, near Union Square and accessible to many parts of the city."
