"We appreciate that they have a security officer manning the parking lot gate at night. The lobby and rooms were clean and esthetically pleasing. There were miner inconveniences like the bathroom sink being clogged, low water pressure, slow toilet flushing,, and the fridge was not cooling until 18 hours into our first day. Once these things were bright to the attention of the staff they were willing to remedy the issues. 5⭐ to staff hospitality and care "

"we had a 6th floor room with amazing views of the Golden gate Bridge ( hiding in the fog)and University of Berkeley. We could walk out onto a roof terrace. The breakfast was good and we used the parking. also took a yoga class in the Library and swam in the marvellous pool."

"its was good, i just wish the parking didnt cost so much but luckily there was free parking across the street. other than that, I love your hotel..staff is great, we got lost looking for the front lobby and a nice lady from the laundry room guided us out. Berkeley location."
