"Hotel is quite old, and lamp in the room washroom was flickering during the second day of stay. In addition, hotel staff was not able to make arrangement for the airport taxi in the next early morning (4am) with 24 hours ahead of schedule as being confirmed earlier, and never informed us earlier so that we can think of any other ways, leaving anxiety in us. Regular free shuttle bus from nearest station which is well connected to Sapporo & airport. All rooms are smoking so it smells a bit, but very clean. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Better for earlier risers as breakfast finishes at 9:30 and checkout is 10am... Take everything you need as it's in the middle of countryside so it's not easy to...
