"Great location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, atms and exchange houses. We were ok walking up to our third floor room! Nice view, clean, check in was easy and friendly. Parking was available in the front of the hotel for our rental car. They also had many bikes to available. "

"It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful."

"My boyfriend and I visited Tulum for the first time this past May 2024. We stayed at Punta Piedra Beach Posada for 4 days and three nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and concluded it was the perfect “in-between” place to stay. Meaning, it was not one of those super boogie hotels but was much nicer and accommodating than an eco hotel or hostel. It was the perfect in between and we loved it. It was quiet and peaceful for that relaxing feel but close enough to restaurants and the south beach...

"Hotel Luna Llena is truly a boutique hotel. Small, quiet and unique. The breakfasts were simple but the coffee was good and the fresh fruit plentiful. I loved the bikes available for use and found I could get most places in town by bike. The staff for friendly and very helpful. I greatly enjoyed my stay there."
