"The staff was nice. Friendly and helpful. I do wish they had some type of notice about the power outages that the area was experiencing. It was out of their control but it would have been good to know before it happened and I had no AC for a few hours. I will say that Miguel and the other lady at the front desk were beyond accommodating and tried to help in all possible way to make our stay better. "

"I had an amazing time at Playa Las Palma. The hotel is conveniently located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Tulum. The staff is friendly and the food is typical of this region of Mexico. Yurt accommodation is also a great experience. I highly recommend. The hotel is located five minutes walk from the beach of the ruins of Tulum. One of the few affordable accommodation options still available in this little corner of Paradise."

"Pretty solid stay. Room was nice and updated. AC was cold although very humid. Pools are nice and the beach is good. Lots of seaweed during this time of year. Food is ok, and drinks are watered down but for an all inclusive, it was expected. Wouldnt stay there again but only because I would explore different properties."
