"Would if liked a diwnstairs bedroom for my husband as he really strugglwd to walk up the stairs but not sure if there were any downstairs apart from that all good "

"Great vibe, great rooms. Continental breakfast was good for a light eater like myself. Very close to everywhere you want to go in Edinburgh without being in a busy, loud area."

"The staff are very friendly. The rooms are airy and large. The shower is a bit of a mission to get into. The paint on the cupboard and side table is chipped and needs to be touched up. Windows open to allow fresh air as the room gets stuffy when the heaters are on. Breakfast is served quickly and the breakfast room is nicely laid out. Location is great to walk around Edinburgh."

"Beautiful building with clean and comfortable rooms. It was amazing value for money considering the continental breakfast was included. Lots of great options and delivered to your room at your time of choice. Host was friendly when I met him briefly in the morning. Being able to access my room key in the lock box outside was great as I arrived a lot later than planned. Highly recommend. 😄"

"It was very nice very beautiful, but 3 nights I was there my sheets didn’t get changed even though I asked for it I came back they fixed my bed w same sheet I noticed coz my make up black color still was there , other than that it’s a very nice place but far from central and from property to gate it was a long walk I think they suppose to have a small cars to take people and bring them back from gate "

"Everything was excellent. And I would recommend that the large sitting chairs in the rooms be recushioned, no padding at all. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and will be back."
