"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

From the HVAC magician to the overwhelmed breakfast staff they were all very much appreciated by wife and I. Except for a couple of hygiene issues, things were very positive and welcoming.
