Above all a particular thanks to Vishal who helped us and answered promptly all our requests. Great room, tidy, quiet, comfortable. The breakfast at Apex was excellent. The quality of food and fresh fruit above any expectations. Well located at a walkable distance from Tower Hill underground station. This consents to you to move easily. Initially The women at check-in were helpful, but then one of them was very rude. We had traveled all night and I was exhausted. I was simply trying to ask if there was a different room type available because we just needed a nap. She snapped at me and was extremely short and did not answer the question. The hotels should not offer early check-in if this is never a possibility, and the staff is going to be downright nasty about it
