What a fabulous location! The property is within minutes of Paddington Station with easy access to Heathrow via high speed train or the Tube to tour London. The property was well maintained and the staff super friendly. My partner enjoyed the complimentary specialty coffee machine in the lobby several times a day :). We were pleasantly surprised at the traditional English breakfast provided each morning, a great was to start the day. Perfect for what we needed and a great price.

The hotel is in close proximity to Paddington Station (only a few blocks) along many other sites. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small size, but no more than usual European lodgings. The rooms and property are very clean and the entrance is inviting. I included breakfast with my stay. The food was good and there was plenty available to choose from. The only downfall is the breakfast room does not accommodate many guests at one time. I highly recommend staying at the Grand Concerto Hotel.

We lived this hotel. The cleanliness, staff and location were perfect. The only criticism we had was the size of the room. It was one of the tiniest we’ve ever stayed in even by European standards. We couldn’t move around at the same time but luckily we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Room was quite small, but very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and a very quiet place to stay. Great location close to Paddington. Staff were great, especially as I returned later than planned from an evening out, but they were on hand quickly to let me in.

The room was great had everything we needed, bed was comfy and shower was superb. Only criticism is that the breakfast options was very limited but otherwise a really tasty breakfast (bonus points for pancakes and waffle ) Will definitely return in the future

Wonderfully welcoming front of house who arranged our 3 night stay on the spot as we weren’t happy with a different hotel we had booked nearby. Excellent value for money, brilliant location within 2 minutes walk of Piccadilly Tube station and their complimentary croissants, muffins, bottles of water, tea and coffee machine in Reception were welcome additions to our stay. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and look forward to staying there again!
