I picked this hotel for cleanliness rating and minifrig for medications but was very disappointed. We had to keep asking to have room clean. We notified front lobby staff that when we walked around room with socks there was hair (yuc) it needed a thorough vacuum. Then the frig never got cold. It was very challenging. When we followed up with staff they just said “yes, they know there frigs are awful” and at some point will be replacing the frigs. I asked for a working frig and never got one.

went for a weekend break with the wife. greeted warmly by rayyan at the desk. gave us a room upgrade as we where newly weds. also gave us complimentary next day breakfast which made us so happy. rayyan was amazing and did this for us so see him for his great customer service skills. a top gem in the hotel and deserves a promotion. made our weekend so memorable. rayyan u absolute legend!!!
