"A happening, busy hotel lobby, but rooms were quiet. Close to the tube, but in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood. Restaurant was ok. Convenient. Food a bit salty. Not the best location for a first visit to London since it’s far from many tourist spots. Still, a nice hotel. "

"Nice facility centrally located to all parts of London. Bathroom is excellent with good linens, a Japanese style toilet, and quality soaps. Staff is courteous and exceedingly helpful. "

"Overall this is my favourite place to stay when I am in London. Just a small comment about breakfast. I always asked for a large pot of green tea with one tea bag only, as I don't like my green tea turn to brown tea but never delivered correctly, either a large pot with 3 tea bags or a medium pot with 2 tea bags or a small tea pot with 1 tea bag. Perhaps next time."
