"A bargain for the price however be aware there is no bar nor restaurant nor coffee in the rooms. We asked for a coffee machine and they were very nice about bringing us one.."

"The staff was absolutely amazing. They answered every question and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We visited for a quick 24 hours and this was the perfect stop. An easy walk to public transportation, lots of dining options around."

"This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer. "

"The businesses around Hilton Gardenview Chelsea are floral wholesalers and the street in Spring smelled wonderful, which is a feat in NYC. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage as well as arranged transportation to the airport for us which arrived on time."
