Everything in this hotel is excellent cleanliness staffing building the rooms. Everything is great. The only downside is literally next to the building. There are very dangerous young group congregating literally next door to the hotel 24 seven smoking and it makes you not comfortable and it’s not safe for kids or young families to walk through these guys.

As always the staff was friendly and amazingly helpful!! Hotel is always clean and well maintained. There were a couple issues with the elevators not working but the staff was fast acting and did their best to get everyone where they needed to be as quickly as they possibly could considering the circumstances. This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit new york! Its close to everything and their customer service is unbeatable!!! We will be back

Front Desk staff was very helpful in storing our luggage before check in and after check out since our flights were not during the reservation hours. Only issue we had was the bathroom door was very heavy and my child needed help sliding it open and close. Great location at the center, easy to get around.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient because it was close to everything we wanted to visit. It was also just a short walk to nearby subway stations, making it very easy to explore the city and get around. Being close to attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation made our trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. The convenience of the location was definitely one of the best things about our stay. We would happily stay here again!

We arrived early and our room was ready before check in time. The front desk staff were so nice throughout our stay. Each night they would get me a bag of ice for my daughter’s ankle. They really go out of their way to be helpful, We love staying in this hotel. It is close to Times Square and Korea Town.

Great location for visiting NYC. Quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside: room had a very unpleasant smell, very musty. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor and a large hole in the carpet near the end of the bed. Also there was only one luggage rack so no place to put our second carryon which we loath keeping on the floor. Overall we were disappointed in our hotel.
