"Really enjoyed the staff, we loved the way they treated us like family. The grounds, a lot of lemon trees, are beautiful. It can be a little challenging to get down into town but the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It looks scary, and it can be, but walking to and from the hotel to the town is quite doable for those accustomed to walking. All in all, a great place. "

"Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service.
