Property overall is more than fine for a few days stay. Staff is very helpful, 24 hour service. Location is walkable to everything (at most 30 min). Wonderful free espresso machine in lobby. Things to be wary of: rooms starting in 5 are actually in the basement. You will have one small window in those rooms. Linens and room in general are clean. Some things just a bit outdated. Ceiling tiles have some spots. Water pressure is amazing with very hot water, not always an easy find in Europe. Not a bad place when you’re young or only staying a short while.

Spent 3 nights in Amsterdam and only really needed a central location, clean bed and hot water for the shower, and got all three. Area was great, room was very small for 3; we couldn’t open our suitcases all at once. Receptionist was super helpful and lent us a luggage weight, and coordinated a taxi pickup to the airport.

I was given a very small room right off the elevator, it very dusty and tight, you literally have to do your business with the door open otherwise you cant, also, the shower drain was terrible the water wouldn't drain properly and water was about to leak out ti the floor. This is a no for me

Didn’t expect the room to be so small, remind me of place that I stay in Hong Kong. Location is great! The pantry has yummy food! Rijks museum is just few minutes walk away.

Great little hotel on a canal in the middle of everything! Really nice staff that will greet you with a friendly smile. A 2 minute walk in any direction will bring you to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. Trolly an Metro stop very close by. Rooms are tiny and outdated but that's expected in Amsterdam.

When I checked in, I was by myself and ended up in basically a closet. Couldn't open the door with my suitcase in there. I complained to anyone who would listen because, buyer beware, the pictures are not at all how it looks. The next morning, however, I was put into a slightly larger room. I suggest that if you are traveling alone, say you are two people. It is almost the same price.

Hotel Mozart is a lower budget hotel. It is clean, comfortably and perfectly located. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was user friendly. Coffee was available 24 hours/day. My room was extremely small but that doesn't mean all the rooms at this hotel are. I was only staying 2 nights and the size was fine. There is no AC but a fan is provided. The weather in Amsterdam was hot but the fan did the job. I would stay here again.

The hotel was located near both shopping and dining areas-however-we were there in a heat wave and there was no air conditioning-just a small fan in our room/I did not sleep at all..I think free water would’ve been nice for guests… just a suggestion.

Nice hotel well located in the city center and great for shopping and for food. Hotel was ok but I would not stay again as it just need to be cleaned properly. Get a good cleaners in and deep clean the whole place.

Regrettable decisions
We arrived early and was granted check in at 2pm which we was very grateful for after a very early flight that morning. The only room available at this time was the basement. We took the option and instantly regretted it. The window was like a postage stamp above the bed. Harry Potter probably had more space in the cupboard under the stairs. On the first morning we was awoken at around 06:45 with the staff banging around in storage cupboards near our room. We headed out for the day and later returned to see that we’d not had the room cleaned. The stay was a good location but by no means value for money.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The coffee station was very good. There was always fresh fruit. There was no air conditioning nor a fan so we had to keep the window open which in the evening brought the chatter of people in the garden below. It could be quite noisy. And then the mosquitoes found there way inside. I would wake in the morning to many bites. The room was very small for 5 nights. And there was an issue with the cable tv where it would cut out every couple if minutes. but wifi was strong. Unfortunately we would not stay again.

Perfect hotel for families
Lovely hotel. We were a family of 1 adult and 2 early teen kids. The room with three beds situated on the third floor with fantastic view over the canal. There is a lift, so no problems with the steep steps. The room was tiny, with tiny bathroom. But the windows were huge, the temperature in the room perfect, beds and pillows superbly comfortable. There isn't coffee/tea facilities in room (no space!) But there is a smart bar area downstairs with great coffee/cappuccino downstairs where you can also eat your take away, if you wish. Perfect location - 25min walk through old town from the central station, 10 min away from all museums - Ann Frank, Riijksmuseum. Staff was very friendly.

Close to music venues.
Beautiful quaint old fashioned hotel in a very attractive canal side location, but with modern up to date facilities, very clean and comfortable. Very close to popular music venues, only a few minutes walk away from both Jazz Cafe Alto and Bourbon Street, idea for my visit, a very enjoyable stay. Staff helpful, free coffee in the lobby day and night. And Yes, I would stay here again.

Short 2 night stay, l late night arrival. I was greated by young lady and at first gave me a room in the basement, but I asked if she had something in upper level, she kindly offered another 1level room, which was smaller but less creepy, which was maybe 10x10ft with prvt. Bathroom... I just noticed there was black mold spots at the base/ corners, but forgot to mention it to the front desk

Hotel Mozart has a perfect location, easy reach from airport, extremely convenient at walking distance to main areas, while being silent at night. The bed was also very comfortable. And on top of all, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great check-in&check out experience. Definitely we would recommend, especially at this price range

Great location. Canal-view room. Basic facilities. Carpet in our room didn't see a vacuum while we were there. Coffee, water and fruit in reception/seating area was very welcome on the way into/out of the hotel. Staff couldn't have been more helpful opening safe (previous guest had left closed) and ordering taxi for airport run on departure.
