Hotel is well located, the front isn’t imposing, but that’s ok. Reception was friendly enough and didn’t take too long. Rooms (as they tend to be in Amsterdam) very small but did the job. Good shower. Room was clean.

We got ourselves turned around and lost in Amsterdam, called the hotel snd they patiently and kindly got us back on track.
