"Very convenient location in town. Place was clean and comfortable. A bit weird, since it is on the 7th floor of the Sabah Mall, but separate lifts (one lift for rooms, another for mall) eased my mind. Just a short walk away from the seafood heaven of KK, and there was a day market around the corner on Sunday. Breakfast was plentiful, in terms of choices and food. "

"Some furniture a little aged. Bathtub stopper doesn’t work. WiFi is the absolute worst of any 5star hotel I’ve ever been in. Keeps kicking u out every time you closed the phone. Have to relog in EVERY time you turn on the phone. Cell signals sucks so u are reliant on the wifi. But overall great value for such a large oceanfront suite. Location cannot be beat.
