“The Rockies Surround YOu”
The hotel staff went out of their way to help us. Even printing information and maps for us. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient for starting one's day. Wlaking distance to downtown Banff and perfect for families.
“Great hotel, would go back”
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find the pictures from the website did not do the hotel justice. The lobby was spotless, and welcoming with friendly staff. The room was also spotless, and extremely spacious with a bonus jetted tub in the bathroom. The only disappointment was the restaurant. It was dark and felt more like a bar, it was not the most enjoyable place to have breakfast in the morning. We ordered take-out one night and found the food less than satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again, but do not recommend Carlito's.
“comfortable and affordable stay in banff”
Great rooms, very clean, decent price, good breakfast. I would stay here again as it was very close to downtown and everything else. I really liked this hotel!
“Will be there again”
It is nice hotel and fit what you paid. What we had were exactly we booked and they posted on the web. It's great to have breakfast included in the package. we were satisfied to this hotel except their indoor parking that was little bit small. You have to park your car outside if coming back later.
“Exactly what we needed”
I stayed at this Inn for 6 nights, it was great. Had the king suite, the room was small but very nice and very comfortable. Great staff, good food. The only downside I had was the pool is VERY small, more like a large hot tub, we didn't use it.
“good value for banff”
Staff was pleasant and we found the room neat and clean. Good selection at the continental breakfast. We do wish we had thought to ask or were offered a banff map upon arrival to avoid our searches the first night for the places we wanted to go. Otherwise a very good experience.
“Great Week at Banff Inn”
Spent a wonderful week at the Banff Inn. Room was a little small, but clean and comforatable. The location was excellent. close enough for an easy walk to downtown, but far enough away from the loud crowds. The hot tub was nice after a long day hiking. Minor complaint - not enough towels or electrical outlouts for all our electronics. Free wi-fi was nice and the included continental breakfast (plus cereals and hard boiled eggs) was also very nice.
“Gorgeous!”
My friends and I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are extremely nice, especially with the high ceilings. No complaints whatsoever. The hot tub is really hot!
“Comfy bed in Banff”
Check in was great, fast, informative, and polite...offered an upgrade for $25 to a corner king suite...took it and it was great. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet everything was as expected
“exactly as promised”
A rather spartan room that was clean, quiet and had a great, comfortable bed. Precisely what we were after: it's not like you go to Banff to hang out in your hotel. Adequate breakfast, again, exactly as promised. Fruit and a boiled egg: perfect.
