They tried to fob me of with an offer of a room at a sister hotel, i refused as it was the other side of KL, and so they ordered me a twin on site. "Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value."
